Appointments

To schedule an appointment, or to change an existing appointment, please call 480-257-2699. Please call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change this appointment. There is a $25 charge if you fail to show for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice. For new patients, please bring your insurance card and a photo I.D. with you so that we may obtain a copy (also, please see the Patient Forms section on this page).

Preparing for Your Procedure

You do not need to have a full bladder for pregnancy ultrasounds in our center. Depending on the type of procedure and the area being examined, your assigned technician may request that you change into a medical gown. Your provider will outline any specific details prior to your appointment.

Insurance Plans

At the Fetal Diagnostic Center, we accept most major insurance plans. Please visit our Insurance Plans page for more information. Please ask about our out-of-network and cash pay options. If you participate with a managed care insurance plan, PPO or AHCCCS, you may be required to contact your primary care physician for a referral to our office.
